Gresham House

Strategic Power Projects have partnered with Gresham House PLC, a UK based specialist in alternative investments, to become Gresham House's development partner in Ireland.  Gresham House Energy Storage Fund is the UKs largest listed battery storage fund with almost 425 MW operational and targeting 1.3GW in H1 2023.

Gresham House New Energy has a proven track record in developing and operating energy and BESS assets, currently managing approximately 665MW of capacity.  The partnership with Strategic Power Projects builds upon Gresham House's agreements with Anesco to acquire a 200MW portfolio of Greenfield solar projects in the UK.
